MosoPlay Games & Spar Kart
The player agreement, software license, MosoBux virtual currency rules, and fair-play standards governing Spar Kart, MosoNet accounts, and official playtests.
Spar Kart is licensed for personal play, including monetized gameplay videos, streams, and competitive play.
MosoBux and in-game cosmetics are digital entitlements tied to your MosoNet account. They carry no real-world cash value and cannot be sold outside the game.
Cheating, unfair automation, network manipulation, account trading, and harassment are prohibited across all Spar Kart matches, leaderboards, and tournaments.
These Terms of Use constitute a binding agreement between you and MosoPlay Games Inc., an Ontario, Canada corporation, governing your access to the Spar Kart website, the MosoNet account platform, Steam Playtests, Event LAN Kits, and the Spar Kart video game.
By creating a MosoNet account, downloading or launching Spar Kart, or using our web services, you agree to these Terms of Use. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.
Access to online matchmaking, progression, leaderboards, and virtual items requires a MosoNet account:
Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, MosoPlay Games Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access the Spar Kart website and download, install, and play Spar Kart for personal play, including participation in competitions and the creation and monetization of gameplay videos and streams.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MosoPlay Games Inc. You may not copy, redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, modify game binaries, extract proprietary assets for commercial use, or host unauthorized matchmaking or relay servers (except through an officially licensed MosoPlay Event LAN Kit).
Spar Kart and MosoNet include virtual currency and game items. Availability and purchase options depend on the service and platform.
Every racer deserves a fair, welcoming arena. While using Spar Kart or MosoNet services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:
Spar Kart is an evolving live-service title currently operating pre-release playtests (including Closed Beta and Steam Playtest phases). Pre-release builds may contain bugs, temporary assets, or experimental features.
We may deploy mandatory patches, schedule maintenance windows, or reset seasonal test ratings and progression between development phases. Any gameplay suggestions, bug reports, or feedback you submit may be used and implemented by MosoPlay Games Inc. without restriction or compensation.
All rights, title, and interest in Spar Kart—including its characters (such as Kirae, Skai, and Zefph), karts, tracks, lore, music, visual art, netcode, and trademarks—are owned by MosoPlay Games Inc. or its licensors.
Community Streaming & Creator Codes: We encourage players to stream gameplay, upload videos, and share fan content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and X, including standard platform ad monetization, provided your content complies with our Code of Conduct and does not claim official studio endorsement. Creators should disclose any material relationship with MosoPlay in accordance with applicable advertising rules.
You may stop using our services or submit an account deletion request through your account settings. A recorded request does not mean deletion is complete.
MosoPlay Games Inc. reserves the right to warn, mute, remove from leaderboards, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, cheats, initiates fraudulent payment chargebacks, or compromises service security. Account sanctions and their effect on virtual items are subject to applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spar Kart, the website, and MosoNet services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MosoPlay Games Inc. is not liable for any losses or damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the services, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages. This exclusion applies only where the law allows it. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact MosoPlay Games Inc. through our Support or Contact pages first so we can work toward an informal resolution within thirty (30) days before either party initiates formal proceedings. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
