• Active MosoNet Accounts: Profile data, friends, MosoBux balances, and unlocked items are retained while your account remains active so your progression persists across game updates.
• Service Records: The account service maintains session, verification, security, and game-service records.
• Financial & Tax Records: Purchase transaction identifiers and accounting records are retained for statutory periods required by Canadian tax and commercial law.
• Account Erasure: You can submit an account deletion request in account settings. A recorded request does not mean deletion is complete; some records may need to be retained.
